By place your order, you agree to following terms and conditions.
Payment
In order to save your spot on Burke's Bakery's calendar, payment in full is required. Any unpaid invoices after 24 hours will be cancelled unless discusses otherwise.
Design
Each cookie is hand made and decorated fresh for you! Because of this, cookies may vary slightly in design. We do not guarantee exact replicas of another cookiers' work. Exact color matches may be tough too!
Changes
Because we want to make everyone the best cookies possible, please notify of us of any changes at least 2 weeks before your due date. Please note that some changes may be subject to additional fees/costs.
Cancellation
Orders cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to due date will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled within 2 weeks of due date will not receive a refund.
Express Fee
Orders should be placed ASAP to guarantee a spot on our calendar. Most items listed in our shop can be ready for pick up within 3 days. Our decorated sugar cookies do take longer to fulfill and our calendar books up quickly. Custom orders placed within 14 days of pick up date will incur an express fee.
Pick Up/Shipping
We are located in Winchester, KY. We offer local pick up in Winchester, KY and Lexington, KY. The pick up time and location will be agreed upon between the baker and customer no later than 3 days before pick up.

We do offer shipping via UPS anywhere in the continental United States.
Order Release
We package the cookies with extra care  in order for them to avoid breaking while in transit. We cannot be held responsible for broken cookies once they have left our bakery. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible if a package is shipped out on the date of your choosing but arrives late or is lost en route.
